OSC have extensive in house experience at assessing the extent of structural fire damage to concrete, steel, masonry and timber structures and advising on measures for repair / replacement of damaged elements. Our skilled assessors can establish probable temperature profiles to which elements of the structure have been subjected during the fire and the effect that this would have on the integrity of the structure. Residual properties post fire can be determined using a suite of routine material sampling and testing, with the locations selected to allow the extent of damage to be defined.
